Abstract: Corporate culture and occupational spirit are key factors for the success of a company, and they are of great significance for employees' career development and the sustainable development of the company. This paper explores the relationship, influencing factors, and methods of improving corporate culture and occupational spirit through literature and empirical research. The study found that corporate culture has a positive impact on employees' occupational spirit, and employees' occupational spirit can promote the construction of corporate culture. Factors such as leadership style and organizational atmosphere have important influences on corporate culture and occupational spirit. In order to improve corporate culture and occupational spirit, companies should pay attention to leadership development, establish a positive organizational culture, and provide a good working environment and development opportunities.
