Abstract: Enterprise culture is one of the core competitiveness of an organization, which has significant impact on the development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the theories and practices of enterprise culture construction, discusses the goals, principles and methods of enterprise culture construction. At the goal level, enterprise culture construction should focus on enhancing employees' sense of belonging and cohesion, and balance internal and external demands. At the principle level, enterprise culture construction should respect employees' values and individual differences, and be consistent with the organization's values. At the method level, enterprise culture construction should be achieved through the establishment of clear values, systems and norms, while paying attention to the cultivation and promotion of positive enterprise values. Finally, this paper introduces some experience and strategies of enterprise culture construction through practical cases, in order to provide reference for enterprises in constructing their own enterprise culture.
